The 10mm measurement is the Inside Diameter of the ring.
If you would like 60 rings, then you need to purchase 2 packages, 120 rings would be 4 packages, etc.

These are made with Artistic Wire, which is the top of the line when it comes to copper and colored wire. Artistic Copper Wire is a high end wire; the color does not fade, wear off, or rub off as you wear your jewelry like aluminum rings will do.  The color stays bright and true and adds beautiful color to your piece.  Yes, aluminum rings are cheaper, but if you are going to put your time and effort into your creation, shouldn't you use high quality jump rings?  Our jump rings are the choice of jewelry designers and were a HUGE hit at the Bead and Button show!
Artistic places a special coating on their copper wire which makes these Tarnish Resistant!  Artistic Wire's Silver Platings and Color Coatings are Permanent.  Even though the color is Permanent, using regular pliers or tools may cause chipping or scratches, so it is recommended that you use Nylon Jaw Pliers for the least risk of damage to the wire's surface whenever possible. Always use pliers without grooves.
These beautiful jump rings were a hit at the largest bead show in the world, Bead & Button, in Milwaukee, and sold out in almost all of the colors.  We have made more of these wonderful rings, so get them while you can!  Wire costs have also gone up, so these are the last quantities at these prices.
Packages you will receive may have various retail pricing on them, as most were made prior to the price increase in wire.  Retail cost at my shows for this size ring is now .50 a package.
Colors may vary slightly due to dye lots of the wire, and also due to how the colors show on different computer monitors.

Shipping/handling within the United States is
.95 for the first package of jump rings and .50 cents for each additional package of jump rings purchased on the same day and paid for all together.
