Antique Leather Doctors Bag - Gladstone

A very nice antique leather doctors or gladstone bag I'd guess from the mid teens into the earlier 1920's era. Both the inside and outside display wonderfully with a nice subtle sheen.
This bags frame is 17" wide with the side leather protruding to about 20". 11" front to back and 11.5" bottom to top of brass hardware. Not counting full hight of handle which lays down.
This bag was found with a makers label attached of a noted very early US maker of trunks and bags. The buyer can explore that easily found history at their leisure.
Of note above normal leather and interior work is that 1 of 4 curved strips of metal used to secure the interior to the frame was missing. Another was fabricated and riveted on. Not exactly perfect but also not distracting at all.
Nice piece clean and ready to display out of the box.
