This is an original wartime book published by Michelin Tire in Milltown NJ, and just PACKED with
illustrations.   Published in 1919, this is Volume 1, covering the first year of the war--1914.   GREAT research material for early war buffs.    VERY SCARCE!  (d-b)
Condition is fair to good overall but solid for the hardcovers, very good inside; AND historic.
It looks pretty good for being 100 years old, and is a page-turner!  The binding is tight.  Please have a look at the photos.
This has 289 pages.
I'm sure it was published for soldiers who later would go back to visit battlefields where they were baptized by fire.  Remember, back then this was a BIG DEAL.  WWI was the biggest war in human history up to that time.
Even I have returned to Vietnam six years ago.  I understand how the past can draw some former military.
