The part number is provided whenever possible to confirm compatibility. We are an international seller and have partners in the US and Germany. All of our Schatz items are tested in Germany and meet the strict TUV requirements.
SHIPPING:
We usually ship items same or next day. We list the shipping charges, if any, in all of our listings. You know what the shipping charges are before bidding. International Bidders should e-mail for shipping quotes.
RETURN / EXCHANGES:
We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will issue a credit in the amount of the part excluding any shipping costs. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will re-ship your exchanged item when we receive the returned item from you or, you can elect to have the 2nd item charged to your account and shipped right away. Credit for the 1st item will be given when the item is received, inspected, and processed. All Returned / Exchanged Items MUST be in the same condition as sold.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
To return a part(s) please e-mail us with your eBay item #, full name, part number, and e-mail address that you placed your order with, along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return or exchange it. We will e-mail you back with instructions in approximately 2-3 business days. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name or e-mail address ordered with. All RA numbers are e-mailed in 3-4 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly. We do not send or issue call tags.
